1. Please read the agreement below carefully before becoming a member of our website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

a) COSIBELLA (hereinafter referred to as COSIBELLA) located at Gümüşsuyu mah. Gümüşsuyu cad. no 55A Beykoz/İSTANBUL, which operates the www.cosibella.com.tr website.

b) Internet user who is a member of the www.cosibella.com.tr website ("Member")

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the website www.cosibella.com.tr owned by COSIBELLA.

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the www.cosibella.com.tr website is correct before the law, and that COSIBELLA will compensate all damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The member cannot give the password given to him/her by COSIBELLA to other persons or organizations, the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, against all the responsibilities that may arise and against all the claims and demands that may be made against COSIBELLA by third parties or authorized authorities, COSIBELLA reserves all kinds of compensation and other rights arising from the unauthorized use in question.

3.3. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.cosibella.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.4. The member cannot use the www.cosibella.com.tr website in any way that disrupts public order, is against general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or infringes on the intellectual and copyrights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.).

3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by the members on the www.cosibella.com.tr website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and are binding on the opinion owner. These opinions and thoughts have no relation or connection with COSIBELLA. COSIBELLA has no responsibility for the damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member and for the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.

3.6. COSIBELLA shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for damages that may occur to the member's software and data. The member has accepted in advance not to claim compensation from www.cosibella.com.tr for any damages that may be suffered due to the use of the www.cosibella.com.tr website.

3.7. The member has accepted not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal liabilities arising from this shall belong entirely to the member.

3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally and legally liable for this violation and shall hold COSIBELLA harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; in the event that the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, COSIBELLA reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. COSIBELLA always has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, COSIBELLA has no responsibility.

3.10. The software and design of the www.cosibella.com.tr website are owned by COSIBELLA, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected within the scope of intellectual property rights.

3.11. COSIBELLA may collect certain information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site for the purpose of improving and developing the www.cosibella.com.tr website and/or within the framework of legal regulations, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the Internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site.

3.12. COSIBELLA may disclose the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to (a) act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal processes served on COSIBELLA; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of COSIBELLA and the www.cosibella.com.tr website family.

3.13. In order for the www.cosibella.com.tr website to be free from viruses and similar software.

Measures have been taken within the available possibilities. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide his/her own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. 3.15. COSIBELLA may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Every provision that is changed, updated or repealed will be valid for all members on the date of publication.

3.16. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to COSIBELLA will be taken as the sole and real exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code and that the records in question constitute an evidentiary contract.

3.17. COSIBELLA is authorized to send information e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones in accordance with this membership contract, and the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails to their e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones by approving this membership contract.

4. Termination of the Contract

This contract will remain in force until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by COSIBELLA. COSIBELLA may unilaterally terminate the contract by canceling the member's membership in the event that the member violates any provision of the membership contract.

5. Dispute Resolution

Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.

6. Entry into Force

The member's registration for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and has accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the time the member becomes a member.
